The INSPIRE-U Hackathon is a six-month programme in which students put the flipped training course into practice.

Working in diverse, multidisciplinary teams, participants will tackle real-world challenges proposed by companies, guided by trained educators in flipped learning labs and supported by mentors from academia, industry and civil society.

The programme ends with a demonstration event, where teams present their solutions to industry experts, mentors and potential employers. It offers networking and career opportunities and supports Ukrainian refugee women in rebuilding their professional lives in STEAM.
